This is just gorgeous! You really have a talent.
:-)

Have you considered watermarking your pictures so people don't steal them? Don't know why I just thought of that...

Hi Phivos,

Thank you so much!

Hi Elizabeth,

Welcome to my blog and thank you for leaving a comment. I'm glad you liked the photos. Something about capturing water like this preserves a happy moment. Doesn't the water look happy to you?

I don't know if I can handle one more technological advance right now (ie., wordpress) but I will keep it in mind for the future.

I will mosey on over and check out your blog shortly!

Hi Tina,

Grazie, bella!

I have to take A LOT of photos just to get one or two that look good. It's definitely a task of winnowing down.

I had not even thought about watermarking them...I guess I should? I just like the pictures to look like they do now. What would happen if someone stole them?

I guess I have some "looking into" to do. Thank you for thinking ahead for me!

Un beso.

Thank you, talented Gypsy Girl!

I'm so glad I have you nearby to inspire me. ;-)

Hi TP,

I love those same two photos. The last one is taken from behind a fountain looking out a church across the street.

TB - to answer your question, I just know a few people who have found out that their photographs were being used on people's websites, etc. (and one person even had some of his food photographs stolen for use on a food website).... and these people did not get any credit or anything for their own photos.

if you don't want to put a watermark on (I totally love them the way they are too), you might consider finding out how to make the photos so that people can't right-click on them to save them. I know that the girl from BA daily photo does that, so you might ask her...

I say this all because WOW your pictures are great!

Thank you, Tina...very good advice and something I will look into for sure. I still feel like I'm taking baby steps with all of this photography and there's a lot more to know besides taking pretty pictures.

I will investigate. Promise!

Wonderful shots ! It made me think about a contest from Geo magazine about water . I'm sure you will win

Hi Melanie,

Thank you for your confidence in my photos. ;-)

I did not know about the Geo contest. I'll have to look into that. Thank you!

These are incredible. Most especially the way one photo flows into the next and the lotus blossom is suddenly this peaceful interlude. Love this post.
